Our products’ prices are the same both instore and online. The only differentiation that may occur in price is the value of each semi precious stone. Thus, each jewellery’s price varies depending on the semi-precious stone used. Additionally, the prices include the VAT of the country of origin.
Each picture on our e shop is taken with the highest quality and attention to detail of each product. However, you may find differences in similar products due to the uniqueness of each natural stone due to heat treatment or colour differentiation. Each of our jewelry is certainly unique, exclusive and unrepeatable.

cleaning and care
Where possible, it is best to have your FANNY S jewel professionally cleaned by your local jeweller. Always dry your jewellery thoroughly after cleaning with a soft cloth.
Keep jewellery in its original packaging, pouch or, better still, in a polythene bag to avoid exposure to environmental pollutants. , We recommend that you particularly care for these precious items and avoid exposing them to direct contact with acid elements or spirits, such as perfumes. sunscreens and self-tanning lotions.

The metals fasteners used in FANNY S jewels are nickel-free and, therefore, antiallergic. We pay particular care and attention to use only metals and metal alloys without nickel in our jewels. For hygiene reasons earrings must be returned unworn in order to be eligible for return. Non etheless, FANNY S reserves the right to deny return of earrings that show any indication that they have been worn.
our policy
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all FANNY S tags still attached.
Returns that are damaged, worn, soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and refused refund.
All items on sale are final sale once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.
international policy
All orders shipping outside Greece, the ship-to recipient will be responsible for any taxes or customs duties incurred.
We are unable to estimate the total amount of taxes or duties that may be due at time of delivery. For questions regarding customs fees we suggest contacting your local government.

bespoke services
Our bespoke service enables clients to customise pieces from our collection or collaborate with us to create designs that are truly unique. This allows total freedom to make the smallest change to a totally different material combination.
By choosing your own preferences could affect the order price.
Please contact us in order we discuss your preferences and help you with your chosen design elements. The lead time for customised orders is 2-3 week, depends on the difficulty of the design and the stones chosen.
